HOW TO PRESERVE YOUR LASH ADHESIVE

Keep it in a secure container that safeguards it from moisture after opening. If unopened, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to six months.
This product is a storage case specifically designed for eyelash adhesive, constructed from high-quality material to ensure long-lasting durability. It helps maintain freshness and minimizes the curing conditions of the glue, effectively extending the storage lifespan of the eyelash extension adhesive.

PRO TIPS

Lash adhesives are quite sensitive and can be significantly influenced by external factors such as temperature and air exposure. Here are some recommendations to ensure your adhesive remains fresh and avoid any potential issues.

TIP #1 STORE IN A HERMETIC CONTAINER

What sets the adhesive vault apart is its unique design. When you seal the cap, most of the air inside the jar is expelled through the small opening, creating a vacuum-sealed bottle.

TIP #2 STORE IN THE COOLING UNIT

If you refrigerate your adhesive for preservation, ensure that the temperature does not drop below 10 degrees C/50 degrees F. Keep it in a sealed package along with a silica gel pack.

TIP #3 DISPOSE OF YOUR LASH ADHESIVE AFTER 4 WEEKS

By following these guidelines, your adhesive will remain in excellent condition for four weeks. For optimal results, replace any remaining adhesive after four weeks and begin with a new bottle.

TIP #4 PREPARE A SUPPLY OF LASH ADHESIVES IN ADVANCE.

You can store unopened adhesive bottles in the refrigerator for up to six months.

REGULARLY RELEASE AIR FROM YOUR ADHESIVE

Regularly releasing air from your adhesive is crucial for maintaining a strong bond that lasts for an extended period (typically four weeks). Failing to release air from the lash adhesive can result in reduced effectiveness, as air can penetrate the glue.

LASH RETENTION CHALLENGES

Clean Lashes: It is crucial to ensure that your client’s natural lashes are thoroughly cleansed. It is necessary to remove natural oils and debris from the lashes to achieve optimal bonding. This is where a lash primer can be beneficial.
Adhesive: Prior to application, make sure to shake your adhesive well. If the glue sits for too long, its ingredients may separate. Shake the adhesive for approximately 30 to 60 seconds to thoroughly mix everything.
Humidity: The lash adhesive performs best within a humidity range of 40 to 60 percent. To maintain proper humidity levels in your lash room, use a hydrometer. This affordable tool is essential for achieving consistent results.
Temperature: To ensure the consistency of your adhesive, it is important to maintain an appropriate temperature range.

PROPER GRIP FOR EYELASH EXTENSION TWEEZERS

As you might have anticipated, the “ergonomically” accurate manner to grasp your tweezers is the method on the right.
This technique ensures that your wrist maintains a natural position, preventing fatigue and injuries, while providing even pressure on the tweezer for secure gripping of the lash or fan.
If you typically hold your tweezers like a pencil and find the alternative grip uncomfortable, make it a daily practice to improve. I assure you, it will feel more intuitive, enhance your speed over time, and help prevent the development of carpal tunnel syndrome.

AGITATE YOUR EYELASH EXTENSION ADHESIVE

Always ensure that your clients achieve optimal lash retention.
Lash retention is a multifaceted topic that can be extensively discussed.
Allow me to share one helpful tip, which may or may not resolve other underlying issues.
If you haven’t yet agitated your adhesive, it will resemble the initial drop shown in the photo. It may appear to have moisture buildup. I suggest having a glue agitator available. It will alleviate hand strain and expedite the process more effectively.

HOW TO ACHIEVE ISOLATION?

Utilize the double-handed isolation technique. Employ both of your hands to isolate lashes, making it a convenient method to work on your client’s lashes. By using the assistance of your second hand, you can enhance your isolation skills until you feel comfortable isolating yourself with just one hand.
Alternatively, you can adopt the single-handed isolation technique, which involves isolating lashes using only one hand.
To facilitate isolation, you can vertically separate the lashes by utilizing tape or patches, aiding in visualizing the lash layers and individually isolating each lash.
